Dietary considerations are most important for breaking the headache cycle. Below are some dietary tips to help you ward off your next migraine before it starts.
– eat foods that boost serotonin levels
– add almonds to your diet
-eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables (ex: spinach and broccoli)
– eat more fruit (ex: cherries and pineapple)
-avoid migraine triggers. Alcohol, wine, chocolate, caffeine, dairy, wheat, nitrates, MSG, and sulfites are all migraine triggers.
